D. G. Doss

D.G. Doss, an MBA graduate in Business Management, brings over 28 years of diverse experience to Chava. His career journey began in 1996 as a transport operator in Tuticorin, evolving into the logistics sector by 1998. In 1999, he founded a customs house brokerage company, establishing international offices in China and Dubai. Recognizing global opportunities, he launched an IT staffing and recruiting company in 2010, headquartered in Chicago, USA.

Doss expanded his expertise into manufacturing, collaborating with industry leaders such as ITC Limited for Classmate pencil and sambrani production and Hindustan Pencils (Nataraj) for pencil slat manufacturing in Tuticorin. Pioneering further, he ventured into the production and export of BBQ charcoal briquettes, fire starters, and incense sticks, making his company the first in India to manufacture fire starters for BBQ charcoal briquettes and firewood, with direct sales operations in Australia.

In addition to his business acumen, Doss actively participates in social and political initiatives. He serves as the General Secretary (Admin Political) of the HUM political party and as Treasurer of the Malco’92 Green Club, promoting the Make in India movement. He is also dedicated to charitable activities in memory of his late brother, Lt. D. Jebakumar Jesudoss.
